Vision Statement

To provide a wholesome means for athletes to develop mentally, physically and spiritually, thereby developing the whole person.

Mission Statement

To afford each athlete the opportunity for personal development through the avenues of training and competition.

Club Motto

Youths: Our ego is our strength towards achieving greater success and higher goals.

Friendship Guidelines

DO… Recognize outstanding achievements in competition. Medal winners deserve our applause for their ability and effort.

DO…Recognize personal achievements. The athlete in fifth place with an improved time distance or height has achieved a personal accomplishment. Cheer for them just as much.

DON’T… Encourage children to show disrespect for athletes or club through criticisms.

DON’TEncourage personal rivalry. Victories over individuals should not be promoted for the purpose of competition. The central motivation should be personal improvement.
